Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you," "your," or "User") and Soulform LLC ("Soulform," "we," "us," or "our"), a Wyoming limited liability company, governing your access to and use of the Soulform mobile application (the "App"), the website at soulform.app (the "Website"), and all related services (collectively, the "Services").
By creating an account, downloading the App, accessing the Website, or using any part of the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.

1. Description of Services
Soulform is a spiritual growth application that helps users develop a deeper relationship with Christ through:
- Spiritual Growth Assessment: A research-informed 42-question assessment based on a 7-stage developmental model
- Personalized Practices: A library of 73+ spiritual practices matched to your developmental stage
- Progress Tracking: Tools to track your Fullness Level, practice streaks, and spiritual growth over time
- Soul Sessions: Guided spiritual experiences combining scripture, reflection, and prayer
- Soul Journal: A private journaling space for spiritual reflection
- Framework Fluency: Educational content about the 7-stage spiritual development model
The Services are available through the App (iOS and Android) and the Website. Some features may only be available on certain platforms.
2. Eligibility and Account Registration
Age Requirements
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Services. If you are between 13 and 18 years of age, you may use the Services only with the consent of a parent or guardian.
Account Creation
To access most features, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and a password. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately at soulformapp@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access
- Providing accurate and complete registration information
One Account Per Person
Each person may maintain only one account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions is prohibited.
3. Subscriptions and Billing
Subscription Plans
Soulform offers the following subscription plans for premium features ("Soulform Premium"):

Prices are in US Dollars and may vary by region or platform. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
Payment Methods
Subscriptions may be purchased through:
- Web: Credit or debit card via Stripe at soulform.app
- Apple App Store: In-app purchase via Apple's payment system
- Google Play Store: In-app purchase via Google's payment system
Auto-Renewal
Monthly and annual subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled before the renewal date.
Price Changes
- Existing subscribers: Notified at least 30 days before the new price takes effect
- New subscribers: New prices take effect immediately
4. Cancellation and Refunds
How to Cancel
- Web (Stripe): Contact soulformapp@gmail.com
- Apple: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > Soulform > Cancel
- Google Play: Google Play Store > Menu > Subscriptions > Soulform > Cancel
Effect of Cancellation
When you cancel: you retain premium access until the end of the current billing period; your account is not deleted; your data is preserved; and you may resubscribe at any time.

5. Free Features
Certain features are available without a paid subscription, including:
- Account creation and basic profile
- Quick Quiz (abbreviated assessment)
- Limited assessment results overview
- Access to the Soulform Framework educational content
Free features may change over time.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes. You agree NOT to:
- Use the Services in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
- Disrupt, damage, or impair the Services or connected networks
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Services
- Use automated systems to access the Services or collect data
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Upload viruses, malware, or other harmful code
- Attempt to bypass subscription restrictions or security measures
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Services without authorization
7. Intellectual Property
Soulform's Rights
The Services, including all content, features, functionality, software, designs, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, are owned by or licensed to Soulform LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Your License to Use
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on devices you own and access the Website for personal, non-commercial use.
Feedback
If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Services, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, modify, and incorporate that feedback without obligation to you.
8. User Content
Ownership
You retain ownership of all content you create through the Services, including assessment responses, journal entries, practice notes, and feedback messages.
License Grant
By using the Services, you grant Soulform a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Services to you. We do not claim ownership of your content.
Data Export
You have the right to request an export of your data at any time by contacting soulformapp@gmail.com.
9. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and sharing of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
10. Disclaimers
The Services Are Provided "As Is"
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
Not Professional Advice
IMPORTANT: Soulform is a self-reflection and personal spiritual growth tool. The Services are NOT:
- A substitute for professional counseling, therapy, or mental health treatment
- A substitute for pastoral care, spiritual direction, or discipleship from a qualified person
- A diagnostic tool for mental health conditions, personality disorders, or psychological issues
- Medical advice of any kind
If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified mental health professional, call 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline in the US), or go to your nearest emergency room.
Theological Disclaimer
Soulform's 7-stage spiritual development model integrates developmental psychology and Christian theology. It is one framework among many and is not intended to represent the only valid theological perspective.
No Guarantee of Results
We cannot guarantee specific spiritual growth outcomes. Spiritual growth is a complex, personal journey influenced by many factors beyond any application.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SOULFORM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, personal injury, or emotional distress.
SOULFORM'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY shall not exceed the greater of: the amount you paid to Soulform in the 12 months preceding the claim, or Fifty US Dollars ($50.00).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Soulform LLC, its members, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or violation of any third-party rights.
13. Dispute Resolution
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Informal Resolution
Before initiating formal dispute resolution, you agree to first contact us at soulformapp@gmail.com to attempt to resolve any dispute informally. We will attempt to resolve the dispute within 30 days.
Arbitration
If informal resolution is unsuccessful, any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its Consumer Arbitration Rules.
Class Action Waiver: You and Soulform agree that dispute resolution will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
Exceptions
The following disputes are exempt from arbitration: claims for small claims court, intellectual property infringement claims, and claims for injunctive relief to prevent imminent harm.
Opt-Out
You may opt out of the arbitration agreement by sending written notice to soulformapp@gmail.com within 30 days of first agreeing to these Terms.
14. Termination
By You
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting soulformapp@gmail.com or using the account deletion feature in the App.
By Soulform
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, your payment method fails for 30+ days, or we are required to do so by law.
Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. We may delete your account data after 30 days. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive (including Sections 7, 10, 11, 12, 13, and 16).
Service Discontinuation
If Soulform permanently discontinues the Services: we will provide at least 90 days' notice, offer data export, and refund prepaid subscription fees on a pro-rated basis.
15. Modifications to Terms
- Minor changes: We will update the "Last Updated" date
- Material changes: We will notify you at least 30 days before the changes take effect
Your continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the changes.
16. General Provisions
- Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Soulform regarding the Services.
- Severability: If any provision is unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions continue in full force.
- Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right shall not constitute a waiver of that right.
- Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these Terms. Soulform may assign its rights without restriction.
- Force Majeure: Soulform shall not be liable for failures beyond our reasonable control.
- Electronic Communications: You consent to receiving electronic communications from us.
